Services focus on individualized preschool education and school readiness; social and emotional development; dental, physical, and mental health; and nutrition.
Our program accepts children as young as 6 weeks old up to 5 years of age.
Families qualify for the program based on your household income and other factors. Please contact our office for further information.
Fill out our “Getting to Know You” form and one of our Family Advocates will contact you to schedule an appointment for your desired location.
PCDC has programs in 7 different localities, including the counties of Charles City, New Kent, King William, West Point, Gloucester, Middlesex and Matthews, as well as the Town of West Point.

We are committed to the success of our families. Our program matches each family with a Family Advocate who will work with you for the entirety of your child’s preschool journey. Family Advocates work with families on a number of areas to provide them with the best resources available.
